On the front of the house a stone paved area welcomes the swimming pool (mt 5x8) equipped with sun beds and special straw umbrellas; the outdoor kitchen with hob, barbecue and large table for outdoor dining. The ground surrounds the cones and perfectly frames them, with particular lighting of the olive trees, the atmosphere is truly magical. Internally, kitchen with peninsula and snack top, and exit into a small lounge with sofas and armchairs. Wooden table, sofa and fireplace. Two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom with shower, and two bathrooms serving the rest of the house. A stone staircase that runs along the swimming pool, leads to the dependance, equipped with double bed and bathroom with large stone whirlpool tub and sauna for maximum relaxation.
The villa has private parking and automatic gate.
The nearest town is Ostuni which is about 8km away, also known as 'La Città Bianca' because of its characteristic historical centre which in the past was entirely painted with white lime, impossible not to fall in love with it.
Being in the countryside, the last stretch of road before entering the property is not paved.
