Located in the heart of an 18-hole golf course, in a residence with swimming pool and sauna, only 700 m from the beach and 1 km from downtown Sable-d'Or les Pins, this duplex will seduce you!
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view of the golf course as well as a shared pool with sauna to relax after a day of discovery!
Secure parking space. Bed linen and towels extra for stays of less than 7 nights. Housekeeping extra.

The Duplex :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

First level:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a double sink, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.
- Separate WC

Second level:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with storage and occupying curtains.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds with a closet and a rack and curtains occupants.

Exterior:
- A 6 m² balcony, facing south-east with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal in the sun!
- An indoor heated and shared swimming pool and sauna, accessible all year round. There are also changing rooms available. The pool and sauna are shared with the residence. Opening dates are not binding, subject to change.
- Secure outdoor parking space, accessible via a digicode.

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant residence in a residential area. You will find all the amenities in the center, within a few minutes walk: bakery, butcher shop, convenience store, stores, restaurants, bars...

- Washing machines common to the residence are available for a fee.
- This accommodation does not have Wifi access. Possibility of paying wifi connection to be paid at the reception of the residence.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
